Where to sleep

Which Nyore cottage is right for you?

Five cottages, each named for a Ugandan fruit or crop. A short guide to who sleeps best where, from a quiet double to a family of six.

Nyore has five cottages, each named after something that grows in Uganda. They are different sizes and each has its own character. Here is a plain guide.

Coffee Cottage

Sleeps two, with either two single beds or one double bed. A good choice for friends travelling together, or for a couple.

Peanut Cottage

A cottage with a double bed, for two guests.

Mango Cottage

A king-size bed and a lounge, for two guests who want a little more room to spread out.

Paw Paw Cottage

Also a king-size bed and a lounge, for two guests, and decorated with art by Donna Banya.

Family Cottage

For families and groups. The Family Cottage has two rooms that adjoin by a door: the Family Room, with a king bed and two single beds, and the Pineapple Room, with a king bed. Together they sleep up to six. The two rooms can also be booked separately.
